It’s accepted document by the ministers’ cabinet. It presents of tasks and manners of their realization in pre-accession period in range of Polish regional politics. Also, it has put next challenges in our initial phase of membership in EU’s structures.
PURPOSES OF REGIONAL POLICY
There were, among others:
- coordination of regional development policy with integrity of government politics, appoint economic and socially
- such preparation of central and regional administration’s structure to could realize tasks in range of regional co-sponsored policy
- utilization of transformation for development’s acceleration under corner of economy and society in Poland
- aspiration for incrementation of economic or socially evolution all Polish regions
- intensification activities relying on exclusion deepening differences among the most poor and the richest regions of country
PURPOSES, PRIORITIES AND DETAILED PURPOSES
Basic purpose of this document is “creation conditions competitiveness region and contraction of marginalization, promote long-range economic development, economic cohesion, social and territorial integration” (there are in NSRD on page 41).
We present priority and purposes of detailed regional evolution politics for 2006 in following table.

First of all, coordination of development activities, in membership’s period is in range of all regions development. Regions’ purposes are taken confirms of horizontal politics. Simultaneously, as each initiative, must have provided sponsorship proper. Partnership of units has to be realized for levels individual self-government projects, other public institutions and private subjects.
In period of membership regional politics in Poland will be concentrated on:
- all essential grades for conduct continuation of public administration’s advancement,
- active advancements of realization 16 regionally programs,
- assistance in activities in range of border cooperation, spatial planning and international cooperation of cities and regions.
