The aims in the field of public integration most of all results from asigned in December 2002 Memorandum Common For Poland And EU About Public Integration. These assumptions were implemented by document called the National Strategy of Public Integration.
Prorities of the National Strategy of Public Integration were created having in prospect their execution untill the year 2010. However the National Operation Plan takes into consideration these which execution is especially necessary and indispensable. They follows from accurate analysis of social - economic situation, which illustrates the main reasons of poverty and identifies threats bound with isolation of specific group of population. Fighting against this dealing by strenghtening good tendency in economy and due to it in the general public had response in expose of prime minister Marek Belka.
